Heartland Workforce Solutions

Construction started in May of 2012 with Ronco Construction as the Prime Contractor

This Project was a 26,500 SF design build Tenant Finish as the main office for “Heartland Workforce Solutions” comprehensive services, which the Goodwill manages as a career center. This tenant finish consists of a resource center, offices and conference rooms, interviewing rooms, training classrooms, computer rooms, break rooms and lounges. This project resembled a small scale school with offices and classrooms equipped with lighting control and various dimming systems as well as A/V systems.

Some of the difficulties and obstacles that needed to be overcome were the fast track schedule and the many changes to the initial design while completing the Project on-time and under budget.
